It seems like iPhone 11 lost network connectivity/registration service likely after 17.1.1 update.
The only thing I notice is SOS only.
I tried both Auto and Manual network selection. No service at all.

Getting Out of SOS Mode:
SOS means that you do not have Cellular service at this very moment, but you do have the option to make emergency calls. So, contact you Carrier to get your services back up and running.

iphone was cellular service before update to 17.1.1 though.
carrier confirmed that services are active and there is no problem their end.
