Adding AirPods to Find My:
This is not an option in standalone. If Find My was enabled with these, then note that the local shown is based off of the last time the device they were connected to that itself was connected to the Internet. So, they need to be paired with something, in order for them to even be seen in Find My. This is all because AirPods are not assigned their own IP Address.
