Why is my iPhone not showing charging symbol?
it is show the apple but turn off again.
it tried to charge the battery and changed the new battery, but never has charge signs on the screen showing?

Your phone has a serious hardware problem. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them go over your options with you.
