double subscription payment. erroneous

Good afternoon. Today I was charged a double subscription fee via. But I paid the same amount a week earlier 🙏 I can imagine all the receipts and screenshots about the payment. How can I resolve this situation and get my money back?

Check whether one payment was for (eg:) November and the other was for (eg:) December.

Sometimes this can happen eg: to get in sync with the month-ahead charges of a new subscription.

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


If money has been deducted (not pending):
