Finer scale of font size for Notes? Steve Jobs wouldn't like the current one.

Is there any alternative way to make the font size more finer in Notes app?

The current scale will adjust the font size, that's either big or small but not perfectly readable for my eyes.

Steve Jobs was passionate about calligraphy and it seems that, recently Apple has forgotten about readability.

Why not let the user fully control the font and sizes through a simple small window?

Why restrict the sizes of fonts to specific numbers?

Anyone at Apple.....Can you please at-least make the scale of default text size more granular?
