Recently deleted note

Don’t have a recently deleted folder in notes and do t know if it even exists anymore. But how do I recover a note I accidentally deleted 4 days ago?

Can I recover contents accidentally overwritten in a Note? In Notes, have a note where I was keeping track of books that I have read in a large table. Through some careless typing, I accidentally deleted the whole table. The note still exists, but the table is now gone, so the note is empty. Is there any way to recover this lost content? I am well backed up, but this note is stored in iCloud, and my backups only include what is stored on my Mac. Is there some way to find a previous version of this note on iCloud?
