can you create separate files within the hidden folder for pictures?
in the hidden photos folder can you seperate the pictures into different files?

No-- the hidden folder, call the Hidden Photo Album, behaves like other albums in that you can not have albums inside of albums. In fact, unlike albums you create, "Hidden" is a pre-set album like Library and Recents, and it can't be sorted, either. We're stuck.
But bear with me here: You could un-hide the pictures, sort them by dragging them into albums in a Folder, and then hide the pictures, again. The albums would still be there, but the pictures would disappear, and the albums would look empty. So nobody could see them. But, when you wanted to look at them, you could unhide the hidden album and all the pictures would re-appear, sorted, in those apparently empty albums you made.
