Watch display keeps getting too big. It intermittently changes between normal size display and display too big.

Hi. If you have turned on the Zoom setting to use Zoom to magnify what’s on the Apple Watch display:
you can just double-tap the Watch display with two fingers to go back and forth from normal to big.
there are others controls you can use too, or you could also set hand gestures instead of double-taps:

If you just want to turn off the Zoom setting:
Open the settings app > Go to Accessibility > Zoom : then turn off Zoom
