My favorite easy-to-access extra functions on my iPhone disappeared with the update that suddenly appeared over the Thanksgiving '23 weekend. I'd like to restore the quick "Find my phone," Theater and silent menus if possible -- and let Apple know these changes are not user friendly! Is this possible? Thanks!

No, downgrading is not an option.
The Control Center, where you find Theatre mode, etc, was not removed, just moved. You now access it by pressing the side button. It's the flat, oval button next to the Digital Crown.

DO NOT hold the button, as that will bring up the Emergency calling display. Just a single tap and release.
