Need a Genius appointment

Trying to help a not-very-tech-savvy friend who is having email and contact problems on his 3- or 4-year old iPhone. He tells me tha, as of recently, he is unable to delete selected emails and that he has lost some but not all contacts.

My skills are modest as well. I want to bring him to the Natick store for a Genius appointment tomorrow (Tuesday, November 28th) around 2:00 PM if possible. Haven't so far been able to figure out how to make that appointment.
