I can’t open my App Store on my iMac
I just upgraded my 2019 iMac to Sonoma and I cannot use "App Store".
The message I get says "Cannot connect. Something went wrong".
I have checked my internet connection and all is well.
What can I do?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
