Does apple gives me a virus warning ?

So I was just browsing on the internet when a website called "followingstepsneeded.com" opened in a new page. On that website there was a warning that told me to download a virus security app from App Store because I could have a virus in my phone. It seems real. Is it fake, or real Apple warning. (Sorry for bad English)
