Iwatch says I have stored a lot of media and other. It says also I have zero music and zero photos. But my watch remains full? How do I reduce my other and media usage.

To free storage space on  Watch -

Using the Watch app on the paired iPhone, unpair the watch. Then re-pair the watch. Doing so frees up storage space by deleting temporary files, corrupted files and then reindexing the filing system.

M1 Mac mini, macOS 14.1.1;  Watch, series 7 GPS/cellular, watchOS 10.1.1; iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 17.1.1; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17.1.1; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 17; HomePods, audioOS 17.1.1 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2
