Transferred from pc to Mac, now Mac is asking for password and stuck

Followed the steps for Migration assistant, moved files overnight, Mac asking for password, which I didn't setup yet, my Apple ID and the associated password, doesn't work. tried changing password to no avail.

Try and put in the password you had at your windows pc account to see if it wants that one

I’m having the same issue. I used a 6 digit numeric code for my pc. It still works for my pc but not on the mini Mac. I don’t see a way to change it or sign in with my Apple ID.
