MacTracker says that model number A1458 is an iPad (4th generation) (Wi-Fi). That iPad can upgrade to iOS 10.3.3 – but not to iOS 11 or higher. It's probably already at "the end of the line" now, but in case it isn't:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Note that iOS 10 is quite old and you are likely to run into problems obtaining apps for it. The current version of iOS for iPads is iPadOS 17.
