Keyboard Character Preview

So I just switched from Android. I have the iPhone 15 Pro, and I dislike the "Character Preview" or key press popups when typing. Disabling this function does work on all non-passwords fields when using the native keyboard.

Now since Apple is all for security, the method behind this is to reduce peeping eyes looking at your device when you are typing, reducing a security risk.

But for some reason when typing in passwords the Character Preview or key press popup on the keyboard is still being enabled only when typing in password fields. This is a major security flaw or bug.

Just wondering if anyone else has this issue or found a fix.
