iPad Air 5th Gen Split Keyboard
My new iPad Air 5th Generation doesn't seem to have a split keyboard option. Is there a way to add that?

The Split Keyboard feature is limited to iPad models that have a physical Home Button. For iPad models lacking the Home button, such as current models of iPad Air and iPad Pro, Split Keyboard is not available.
