Urgent Assistance Needed: Persistent AirPods Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recurring issue with my AirPods Gen 3. I previously had my left AirPod replaced under warranty due to a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately, the same issue has resurfaced just a month after the extended warranty expired. As a student, the unexpected cost of resolving this recurring problem is a significant burden. I want to highlight that this issue appears to be related to a manufacturing defect in the case, not the individual pod.
I haven’t dropped my AirPods, neither now nor in the past, and it’s disheartening to face the same problem again. I kindly request your assistance in extending the warranty or finding a solution to address this persistent manufacturing issue without incurring additional charges.
