AirPods Pro 2020 does not work correctly, no sound left side again

My AirPods Pro , July 2020, replaced in 2021, shows no again the same problem. Left side nearly not making noise. Right side additional noise, bad quality. The product is clean, no dirt at all, use it only when I travel. At home I use Bang & Olufsen over ear (very reliable, very good sound, more comfortable and lighter than Aitpods Pro max. )

For my 2020 AirPods Pro Apple Support offers to repair/replace them for € 299 at best price. It is a technical problem by Apple, but I should pay again? If that is the case and Apple has no better to offer for power customers for centuries, I will quitt the apple world. Apple is not unique any more. All what only Apple offered, is now offered in the windows world as well. One point, good hardware quality is not longer existing. Yr quality controls seem not to work fully. Give yr support team more possibilities, they are the face to the customer. Otherwise you can use robots.
