Video and audio stop when screen is off

I am using iPhone 15 and experiencing this issue. It’s frustrating bcs I want to listen music while doing my work. My app should run in background while my screen is off to save battery

Why are videos silenced on my iPhone 13 Pro? I tried to play videos on different apps (YouTube, X, Reddit, etc), but the videos on my iPhone either cannot be played or it'll be silenced (the volume can be adjusted but no sound all the time). However, I tried to play the videos when connected to CarPlay, and it worked fine. The issue can be resolved by restarting my iPhone, but this happened almost everyday for me. Can anyone look into the issue? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
