iPhone bought in China mainland couldn't get Apple support in

Hello, sorry for bothering you. My iPhone14 pro was bought in China, Feb. 2023, and the battery health has fallen down to 89% in 9 months. I felt something unusual in September this year, including a rapid decline in battery health and problems with heat and crash. At that time, I got in touch with Apple staff in China many times. They also thought that my device might have hardware problems. After testing my device, they suggested that I return to the factory for inspection. However, as I was going to the UK, it was too late to repair my mobile phone before going abroad, so I gave up the test and repair in China. Staff in China told me I can test my phone at UK without any problem. Now I'm at the UK, I try to communicate with you on the Support app, but it told me it can't use in my region.

Can you offer me some help?

We aren't Apple on this user to user only forum. But you don't have a battery issue with your iPhone. Batteries are consumable parts and with every full cycle charge of the battery, it's health will decline and there is no way to stop that. It's what batteries do. ALL BATTERIES. As muguy correctly suggests, a decline of 1-2%/month decline is normal and Apple won't replace the battery under warranty unless its health declines to 80% or less in the first 12 months, which you are most unlikely going to see.
