I am locked out of my iPhone 12 prepaid service from AT&T. They say I need a PUK code to get back in and I can’t reach my carrier. I accidentally locked it. I tried my password too many times. What can I do to get back in?

The PUK code is also known as a SIM Pin. This is not an Apple feature, but one related to your SIM card provided by your carrier. You'll need to contact or visit AT&T for help.
