IPhone 15 Plus Screen looks pixelated

I just got my new iPhone in the mail from my carrier (verizon) yesterday. I am noticing that it has this pixelated look to the whole screen, like I can see the tiny pixels. I thought this was the 60 Hz refresh rate people were talking about but my moms IPhone 8 doesn't have it and my old iPhone 11 Pro Max didn't have it. It is not too noticeable but it is noticeable enough that is irritating to look at after spending so much money. If I screenshot the screen and look at it on my Macbook, it looks normal. Is this normal or a hardware issue?
