AirPods Pro Found Moving with You: But they're MY AirPods!

I consistently receive a notification that says “AirPods Pro Found Moving With You.” However, they are my own AirPods! I can confirm that by playing a sound through Find My and my AirPods start playing a sound. I then open my AirPods case and it recognizes them on my iPad or iPhone as my AirPods.

I have reset my AirPods Pro multiple times and re-paired them, but I always end up getting this message. Sometimes multiple times a day.

When I reset the AirPods, I follow the directions How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro. I then re-pair my AirPods to my iPhone which is my primary Apple device. I regularly get this notification on my iPhone and iPad, but I don’t recall seeing it on my MacBook Pro. Maybe I should try pairing them to my iPad instead of my iPhone?

After 2 years, multiple devices, software, firmware, and OS updates later I can’t take it anymore. This is so frustrating!
