I have deleted and only have 2 devices on my account and am trying to add my laptop but it is not working. How do i get it to work? It keeps telling me i have 5 on my account but i deleted all but two. Help!!!
Maybe the Deauthorize all from this links works for you, so you deauthorize all and after Authorize the PC's you are using again.

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community. You might have removed associations instead of authorizations. You can only removed authorizations on the authorized computer, or by revoking all at once.
