Login loop when trying to sign in to developer portal

Hi, I'm trying to login into developer.apple.com specifically to get into the developer.apple.com/contact page to no avail. I get prompted to log in to my account but once I enter my details and log in, the page redirects back to idmsa.apple.com asking me to log in again. This redirection happens in a loop.

I have tried to log in on my iPhone and on my Mac (Safari and Google Chrome) and it happens on both browsers.

Anyone got any idea?
