Is there a browser on Apple TV ?
I tried, but I couldn't get it to work on the Apple TV's web browser. Samsung even gave it to me as the default web browser on the regular Samsung monitor. This Apple TV is a complete waste of money; all of the apps are paid for. I intend to return it, and the only thing I can watch for free on it is Youtube. Other than that, nothing.

only way to get a web browser on it is to airplay an ipad/iphone/ipod touch or mac to it
judging from my experiences trying to use the browser in my xbox one then I can't really blame them of omitting the feature, you can tell them how you feel about it using their feedback channel
