My name is greyed out in Settings on my iPhone. What should I do?
When I go to Settings, my name is greyed out and I can't click on it. I'm also unable to backup my phone to iCloud or update apps.

This is most likely caused by screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time> restrictions>allow account changes or turn those off
On iOS 16 or earlier go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn those off
After that see if the issue persists
