Since I updated to iOS 17.1.1 on my iPhone 13 Pro, I very sad to report the Screen is ugly gray when I make or recieve a call, Who's idea was it to make the call screen so totally bad, Also I don't wish to add a silly emoji to everyone in my call list, how do I return the call screen to, Hmmm iOS 15?
Unfortunately it's not possible to roll back to IOS 15 look or change it for calls that are not listed in the contacts, for the contacts instead you can try to modify the colour or add a photo for each contact in Contact Photo&Poster, it's not like it was before but at least not grey

If you used a contact manager app from the App Store and you made a backup of your contacts and photos, that would reinstated them as threy were
