I am using Keynote and have a situation where I need to print a backward "R". Animate doesn't seem to have the ability to reverse just one letter. Any hints how I could accomplish this?

Type an "R" in the font and size you want it ... in Keynote or any app.
Make a little screenshot of it using shift + command + 4
Screenshot appears in Preview app, use the "Tools" menu to "Flip horizontal"
Save the screenshot. Use that screenshot as an image in Keynote.

In Keynote, insert a Text box. Enter the letter "R" in it. With the Text box selected, visit the Arrange panel and in the Rotate section, click the following once to flip the "R" to its reverse.
This is two text boxes justapositioned and grouped.
