As we are not Apple hre but other end users, the Maps service and other business initiatives are beyond the scope of these consumer forums. All we can do is provide links and personal experiences:

And here area some tidbits from my using the Maps' "Report..." function:
- It can take a while for the Maps team to contact you. When I reported the serious mis-location of a museum where I volunteer, it was about two weeks before the team contacted me, and it was by email. Once in contact, we had the issue nicely sorted in about 36 Hours, all by email.
- During that process, I found it VERY helpful to mention if "another" map service has things correctly shown. That seemed to "grease the skids" in my resolving the museum issue. 😉
