Business not showing on Apple Maps
I am not finding our business on Apple Maps, why is that? This is Tides Restaurant, East End, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Note that it shows just fine on Google Maps.

This is a community of end users, not Apple support. We cannot know why that happened, and Apple will not see your question here.
Use the reporting function in Maps. In iOS/iPadOS, scroll to the bottom of the screen:

That said, I have used that function and can share my observation—and a tip.
Observation: When I used the Report function to call attention to a serious mislocation of a museum where I volunteer, it took the Maps team about 2 weeks to contact me by email. However, once they made contact, the issue was satisfactorily corrected in about 36 hours.

The Map team was a little confused about dealing with the museum's volunteer computer person and not the director. Some of their questions seemed directed at vetting me as an authorized party. Then I found mentioning to the team that "another" map service had the museum's location correctly displayed That greatly expedited the process. Nudge nude, wink wink.
