Our business shows up on Apple Maps as permanently closed and they are open.

Good day,
Apple will not see you issue in these user-to-user forums. Start with the Maps app on an iPad, iPhone, or a Mac and use the "Report an Issue..." function:

WhenI used that function it took about two weeks for the Apple team to make contact by email but, once they did, they had my issue fully resolved in under 36 hours.
⚠️ TIP: I found my issue was quickly resolved when I pointed out that "another" map app had the information displayed correctly. Hint hint.
