I have signed up for and claimed all of our locations within Business Connect. One of our locations is listed as permanently closed when I pull it up on maps but within Business Connect our hours are correct. How can I fix this? I am not sure who else to reach out too but this is a big issue and Apple Maps just doesn't offer the support that Google does.

We are other end user and there is no real support for Apple's Business Connect in these consumer-focused forums.
From my experience in reporting a misplaced museum, I used the "report an issue" function in Maps and it took almost two weeks to hear back from the Maps team. Apparently they are rather busy.
However, once in contact they had the issue satisfactorily sorted in about 36 hours.
👉🏻 Tip: If you mention that "another" map service has the correct information, at least in my case it helped "grease the skids" and getting a 36-hour resolution once contact was made.
Look in your Business Connect information for any links to support. We are very limited in what help we can give here for Apple's business and educational initiatives.
