How do I delete a deceased relative’s Apple ID?

My husband passed away. I would like to donate his iPad, MacBook, and iPhone to a local women’s shelter but need to remove his Apple ID. I do not know his password.

Delete the id password of deceased I lost my son during his national youth service., on march 20th of this year since then we’re unable to get access to his iPhone 13 Pro Max, please how can i go about to remove the Apple ID and iCloud password, am with his death certificate and valid purchase receipt and if there’s any documents required Apple should let me know so I can provide it to prove my son ownership.
