For Roku:

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

1. Remove the Apple TV app,
2. Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
3. Wait 30 seconds,
4. Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
5. Reload the Apple TV app.

Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.

If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.

I'm assuming you're using an AppleTV but which one are you using? I'm not sure what you mean by resetting the app - do you mean quitting it & relaunching?

A few things to try - open Settings/System/Software Updates & confirm you're on tvOS 17.1. If not, then run a software update. If you're on the current release, reboot your AppleTV under Settings/System/Restart. If you still can't get into your library after ensuring your tvOS is current and rebooting the device, I'd call Apple support at 1-800-MY-APPLE. I've had a few funky issues with our AppleTVs that only tech support was able to assist with.

Some smart TVs have Apple TV+ available as an app or if you have another Apple device (e.g. iPhone, MacBook), you can confirm the episodes are there as well.
