It won't work ever again, if you had your iPhone screen replaced by anyone other than Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider. Did you have your screen replaced by someone else?
If you had it replaced by Apple or an actual AASP, take it back to them. But if anyone else did it, they don't have access to authentic Apple screens, so there's nothing they can do to restore FaceID and Apple won't touch an iPhone which has been tampered with by anyone else.
