I accidentally turn ON this feature & the “undo” info given that this could be done in the App Store “settings” is insufficient.
I was unable to locate where to UNDO the “Remove Unused Apps” in the App Store’s settings. Please advise with specifics of pathway within the App Store’s settings.

Never mind. It is NOT in the App Store’s settings. It is actually in the iPhone’s settings under its individual installed apps — choose the App Store icon inside the iPhone’s Settings.
i.e. iPhone>Settings>App Store (icon)>Offload Unused Apps > flip button OFF.
