Offload apps, how to undo or turn off this?

So I accidentally clicked on “offload unused apps to save 30gig”

and as soon as I clicked on the setting the setting disappeared!!

it doesn’t have a “turn off”

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage ➡️ Offload Unused Apps: You can set this setting to either Enable or Disable.

Ok never mind I found it. It’s under

Settings ➡️ App Store

It disappears once selected though. How to find it again to turn it off?
