Offload unused apps option missing

This option was previously available in settings but now im unable to find it. I have enabled this option and now want to disable it but couldn’t find it anywhere and when i search it it still doesn’t show up

Why is there no option to close all apps on iOS? Why won’t Apple provide users an “option” to Clear All Apps? I understand and have read its reasoning. It’s annoying having them all open. I don’t need to save a page open for future reference and/or accessibility. And I don’t care about using up battery or ram. I switched over to IOS from Android for the Apple experience and certain features I didn’t know they restricted this option. A biggie for me. I just want the option to clear one or all apps. Especially because when I leave a site it’s because I’m finished utilizing it’s purpose. Thank you

Turns out that if you're in the European Union, Apple has moved this setting away from the App Store settings to the App Installation settings. Maybe that's what causes your issue. At least for me it fixed it.
