Focus when near contact
Is there a shortcut that would be able to detect when I’m in the presence of someone who is sharing their location with me to start a focus I can take all of the distractions while I’m in there.

I’ve never seen such a feature. I use a location sensitive feature that turns on DND when I am someplace I don’t want to be disturbed. And also I can turn on DND manually, and choose when it should turn off based on time lapse or when I leave my current location (useful at a performance venue). But not what you describe. Sounds like a good idea, but the best place to suggest something to Apple is here→Product Feedback - Apple
