Screen Time counting while MacBook Pro is closed

My screen time keeps running when my Mac is closed. It mostly happens for Google Chrome and not any other apps. I am on MacOS Ventura 13.4. Any help would be appreciated!

I do not want to have to quit Safari before sleeping and/or shut down my computer to prevent this issue, I am tired of these workarounds. I have looked at other threads about this issue and they all receive the exact same response. I have checked and tried the solutions offered already—my device is not clamshell mode, I have already reset my device once and disabled all my extensions. Ironically using screen time has only increased the amount of time I spend on my device to troubleshoot this issue.

Screen Time Error My screentime is saying that my daily screen time is 24 hours, due to the Tips software being open. But I've force quit it, and even when I use cmd-option-escape, it doesn't show up. How do I stop this from happening? The device is a 13" Macbook Pro. Edit: Coherency
