Why can't I "favourite" some songs in Apple Music

After the update, no longer can we "like" songs or artists. But we can "favourite" songs. However, some songs that I am listening to at the time I cannot "favourite". Why is this?

Listen to music I can add songs to my apple music library, but the songs do not play. I can't listen to the music I added today, but I can listen to the songs I added yesterday and earlier. When I want to start a new song a window appears with the message “request time limit exceeded”
