Apple TV 4K Apple Arcade- NBA2k Controller Fix

As another user pointed out a year ago, there can be a glitch with NBA2K where the game controller (PlayStation DualSense for me) no longer works when the the screen comes to asking if you want to download commentary. I’ve created a new post as the original is locked. There seems to be a workaround. I turned off my controller, left the app, re-entered the app, and then turned my controller back on and then the buttons were able to be controlled again. Hope this helps someone.

Apple TV 4K Apple Arcade- NBA2k Hey running version 16 of the OS. All other games work in arcade except NBA2K. None of the buttons work and I can’t get past this screen to play the game. Found help for version 13 of the software but doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve signed in and out of iCloud, deleted the game and reinstalled. Nimbus steel series controller (menu button) not working anymore with some gameswith Apple tV Dear community, I need an help from you! I have a Apple TV 4K, arcade subscription and a Nimbus steel controller to play. Since 2 weeks, while I'm in the game apps, when I push the menu button on Nimbus the control center appears on the TV not allowing me to do anything apart switch off Apple TV. To start many games in arcade (es NBA 2k23, Cat quest, NBA 2k22, ..) you have only to push the menu button on the controller in their starting page (and the remote is not allowed to do this) and if the control center appears you can not play! I've also seen that pushing the menu button now the control panel appears also in the apple tv home page. maybe this is normal (and useful) , but it is not normal the control center appears also during the game sessions please help me to start the games thanks you all!
