KVM Switch Video to Dell Monitor doesn't work after upgrade to Sonoma

I have had a IOGear GSC92HU working to switch a DELL U2723QE between Macbook Pro (14-inch, 2021, M1 Pro) and my other machine. It appears that since upgrading to Sonoma when the KVM is switched to the Macbook PRO, all accessories (BRIO webcam, plantronics headset) work, but the monitor via USB-A does not work. 

Macbook Pro ---- USBA ---- USB Hub ---- KVM Switch ---- HDMI---Dell U2723QE

I have attempted the following troubleshooting and was hoping for help from this team:

• Macbook to Monitor works with direct connection bypassing KVM switch
• KVM Switch works fine on the other device
• Reseated all cables
• Factory Reset Dell Monitor
• Selected "Detect Displays" by pressing option on the MAC display menu
• Selected "allow all accessories to connect always"
  • This failed and I toggled back to ask for new accessories
