What is taking up hard drive space on my Apple TV hard drive?

I have a 32gb 4th generation Apple TV . The Space Left app tells me 22 gb of hard drive space is used. I have less than a gigabyte of space taken by apps according to settings. I have no games. So what is taking up all the space and how do I free it up?
