Apple Pay I have problems with Apple pay and I can't add a bank card to Apple pay

I am my phone Iphone 15 pro Max and I have a problem with Apple pay It was in the first update of ISO 17.1 Apple pay was working and there are no problems and even I use it and I can shop with it, but after the new updates iso17.1.1 and iso 17.1.2 there are problems and I will take a screenshot of the problem

Apple Pay not working I don't know why my apple pay doesn't work. I have an iPhone 12 and i put my card on it and it got verified. When i try to use it, it just doesn't work. Someone else had an iPhone 12 and it worked perfectly for them. Is it a software problem or is it a hardware problem i dont know.
