Not receiving notifications from the Mail app. Help needed!

As shown in the screenshots, Everything is as it should be.

• Tried restarting my iPhone plenty of times
• Uninstalling and re installing the app, hence signing out and in the app

Everything works as it should however notifications don't, once I entered the app today I received a notification. While in the app though.
