I want to open STL files ready for 3D slicing.

Running a Mac laptop with Sonoma OS. Wish to have a program like Windows that opens STL files before putting parts into Cura slicer.

iPad, iPadOS 16

Apple's preview application has a built in STL viewer if I have it right.

If this is not working, there are plenty of STL viewer applications available in the App Store

Thank you very much for your reply, I have tried preview but it just seems to show a picture of the item that you can’t do anything with. I also downloaded one from the App Store but that was just the same.

I have always used Windows before, but even they packed up, hence the Mac. Thank you. Oldgit51
