The MC914LL/B corresponds to a 2011-2015 Thunderbolt Display.

You will need a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter to make that connection. click here ➜ Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter - Apple

Do note, the resolution will be limited by the display to 2560×1440. You will not be able to get the full 6K, 5K or even 4K resolutions the Mac Mini is capable of.
